Who We Are /Our Team / Our Staff
Joseph A. Fair, President: A military veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Joseph Fair went on to serve as Manager of Claims Processing for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. He subsequently left BCBSM to start his own business in the health care industry, and his business operations included lab work, employment physicals, IME's and providing employee pre-screening services. With over 30 years of experience, his clients have included General Motors, Ford Motor Co., Chrysler, Visteon, Wayne County and the UAW.
Marguerite Tschirhart, V.P., Corporate Counsel: Ms. Tschirhart has been with Fair Services Co. since it's inception in 1999. Prior to becoming an attorney, she was a licensed insurance broker specializing in small group benefit plans. Ms. Tschirhart oversees all business operations, legal matters and strategic partnerships. She is also a Certified Laser Technician and Certified Freedom From Smoking™ Program Facilitator.
Stan Cavazos, Director of Marketing: Along with heading up our Midwest marketing division, Stan Cavasos is also a Certified Laser Technician and a Certified American Lung Association "Freedom From Smoking" Clinic Facilitator. Stan was formerly a professional bodybuilder, fitness trainer and massage therapist. He also provided marketing for Central Home Care and worked as a motivational speaker and sales trainer.
Tammi Stokes, LPN, Lead Certified Laser Technician: Tammi Stokes has over 8 years experience providing health services to Ford Motor Co., General Motors and Chrysler which have included: health risk assessments, biometric screening, health coaching and low level laser treatments for nicotine addiction. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse, a Certified American Lung Association "Freedom From Smoking" Clinic Facilitator and a Certified Laser Technician. Ms. Stokes is thoroughly experienced in also facets of program scheduling, promotion and facilitation.
Karen Dargos, CMT: Ms. Dargos is a Certified Massage Therapist and Certified Laser Technician. She has a strong background in holistic health. She is available for both corporate accounts and individual therapy.
Patti Sowers, Dir. Sales California: Ms. Sowers has provided marketing, promotion and wellness program facilitation for over 4 years and is also our lead Certified Laser Technician and Director of Sales for our California location.
